Another major contract has been announced today by Toll Group. What it describes as a, a suite of contracts, have been finalised with oil and gas producer Santos Limited. Toll reckon total revenue from the contract will be over $275 million in the next five years.
Toll said it will continue in its role as a major logistics provider for multiple Santos operations across Australia. The work is said to include linehaul, in-field and national freight support for Santos’ exploration drilling and production operations in the Cooper Basin, Mereenie crude haulage, linehaul in the northwest Western Australia as well as ongoing support for Santos’ Queensland GLNG operations.
“The Santos contracts confirm Toll Energy as the leading provider of logistics support to Australia’s oil and gas industry, and extend a successful relationship that began in 2007,” said David Jackson, Toll Global Resources CEO. “It shows quality logistics support for remote and difficult locations is possible, and it should encourage other companies to invest in operations in Central Australia. We look forward to providing critical support as Santos continues to expand its Australian operations.”
