He is described as a punctual, reliable self-starter who has matured and developed into an extremely capable young man he’s never afraid to take on feedback both positive and negative as he learns new mindsets and exposed to new things.

Luke graduated from the workshop to progress into driving, firstly, single trailer articulated vehicles, then once Luke obtained his MC licence he was then able to progress his driving skills and experience into operating B-Double configurations. Over the course of the next few years this was advanced to Type 1 and 2 Road Train combinations including but not limited to B-Triples , BAB Quads and ABB Quads etc throughout his tenure as a driver.

When well known Rural Queensland identity, Vaughan Johnson pulled into the IOR Diesel fuel stop at Barcaldine and came across a Frasers road train that Luke was refuelling, Vaughan said he was blown away by his dedication and professionalism, remarking that passion loyalty and enthusiasm beamed from Luke.

The experienceLuke gained on-the-road has given him valuable insight to overall operations and held him in good stead when he was moved to an Operations role for Frasers in 2021.
