A manufacturer of shock absorbers, struts and cabin shocks is extending the range of products available in Australia. The Sachs commercial vehicle suspension ranges continue to grow, with the addition of a number of new product lines to the Australian market.

 

The update covers vehicles manufactured in Australia, Asia, Europe and North America, with ZF Services committed to stocking all parts at its major distribution centres in Sydney and Perth.

 

Truck brands covered in the update include Iveco, MAN, Mercedes Benz, Scania, as well as Volvo buses and trucks, with components including shock absorbers, struts, and cabin shocks. Sachs also supply products for agricultural machinery, construction equipment, trains and other specialist applications.

 

According to Sachs, the company’s shocks and dampers are tailored to OEM specifications with high-quality materials and assembled by sophisticated machining processes. To ensure optimum safety and comfort, each part is individually tailored to the vehicle type, axle and spring design. The company has announced a comprehensive commercial vehicle catalogue is now available.

 

Sachs also point out the product range includes clutches, with over 1,500 different products available for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, buses and tractors. The range includes clutch covers and discs, flywheels, releasers and dual-mass flywheel (DMF), as well as clutch release systems, and a broad range of torsional vibration dampers for construction machinery.

 

Clutch components are available as complete kits for ease of service, including the clutch cover, clutch disc and release bearing. Sachs also offers DMF modules for a wide range of vehicles, which come complete in packages consisting of the clutch kits and a suitable dual-mass flywheel.
