Head of Customer Success at MyTrucking, Nikola Berryman, is heading over the ditch to Australia to take up a new role for MyTrucking as Head of Victoria Sales in February as MyTrucking sets up an Australian office.

2023 has been a busy year for MyTrucking. With the rollout of new features, a refreshed Mobile App and more, the team is undergoing some very exciting changes that are setting 2024 up to be their best year yet.

Originally from Australia, Nikola has been part of the MyTrucking team for over four years and played a huge part in the ongoing success of the business. Nikola is taking up the challenge of growing MyTrucking in Australia and is looking forward to what this means for the future of the business.

“Up until now, we haven’t had anyone on the ground in Australia. It’s a logical step for us to better support our customers, both current and future,” says Nikola.

Nikola will be based in Torquay and will be on the road across Victoria from February onwards.

“We have a large number of key accounts in Australia so I’m looking forward to meeting them in person and getting out and about to meet new people and continuing to help businesses streamline their operations with MyTrucking.”

This announcement comes on the heels of the new appointment of Tony Warwood. Tony stepped onto the advisory board in 2022, and in November last year he joined MyTrucking as General Manager. He brings a wealth of experience, most notably his 15 years spent with EROAD in a variety of roles, through to recently Chief Commercial Officer for Netlogix.

Tony says, “Nikola is our first permeant staff member in Australia, and I can’t think of a better person to be working with our existing and new customers in the market. I’m sure that this change will be a big positive for our Australian customers and we look forward to expanding the team further as we grow.”

Nikola will be attending the NSW Bulk and Rural Carriers Conference in Wagga Wagga in February 2024.
