Lusty EMS gets the slide on the competition at the Brisbane Truck Show

Leading tipper manufacturer, Lusty EMS, has given the industry a sneak peak of what to expect at the 2013 Brisbane Truck Show. Speaking ahead of the show, new National Sales Manager Grant Kemp has indicated that the company will be displaying an upgraded sliding lead tri-axle tipper, which is certain to turn a few heads.

According to Mr Kemp, the Lead Slider is built with productivity in mind. “This is a lead trailer which will be used as part of a B-double combination,” he said. “But it is also designed to be able to be used as part of an AB-triple combination with a market leading payload. We achieve that through low tare weight design and years of experience.”

A number of features have recently been updated on Lusty EMS’ Lead slider. “Our engineers have recently installed a new rear pin assembly into the design which aids in ease of servicing,” said Mr Kemp. “However the biggest upgrade in 2013 has been move to a lightweight body beam which further increases payload without compromising on strength.”

Mr Kemp went on to explain that as a result of the low tare weight of the trailer, profitability is increased for the operator. “At Lusty EMS, we attempt to ensure that our trailers give the best possible return on investment,” he explained. “A lower tare weight trailer naturally has a greater load carrying capacity. That means, in the case of this trailer, giving the owner the option of carting more grain or cotton seeds, which in turn means greater profit per load.”

The display trailer sports a number of other features, including mill bright side sheets. “But most importantly, the trailer comes with the good resale value that customers have come to expect from Lusty EMS,” said Mr Kemp.

Lusty EMS can be found on stand number 41 at the Brisbane Truck Show. The show runs from the 16th to the 19th May 2013, at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
