Lindsay Australia has announced the appointment of a new non-executive director.
Rodney Boys has joined the operator, bringing more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive and company director across a range of industries to the role.

Boys has worked with large-scale enterprise businesses when it comes to capital allocation, transformation, cost efficiency and implementing strong systems of performance management, risk management, compliance and governance.
In a letter to Lindsay shareholders, CEO Clay McDonald said the company welcomes Boys.
“Rodney’s leadership positions include Australia Post as acting CEO and managing director and chief financial officer, which included executive director responsibilities across a range of entities such as StarTrack,” he says.
“During 15 years in executive director roles at Bunnings, Rodney’s responsibilities included CFO, CIO and chief supply chain officer.”
Boys has also held senior roles in the Wesfarmers Group including in rural operations, trading as Landmark.
He is also a director and chair of the risk, audit and governance committee at the National Heart Foundation, as well as a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the INSEAD International Executive Program and a fellow of CPA Australia.
