Hendrickson has appointed Luke Callaway as General Manager – Oceania, taking leadership of the company’s operations across the region.
Callaway is excited to guide the company’s next phase of growth.

“I look forward to continuing to work in close partnership with our OEM and fleet customers, our global divisions, and our valued suppliers as we drive further value for this great industry through regionally tailored innovative solutions.”
He said in his role as General Manager – Oceania “I am dedicated to driving operational success across some of the world’s most dynamic markets.
“My remit spans from Australasia and Southeast Asia to South Korea, Japan, and Southern Africa, requiring a leadership style that balances global standards with regional nuances.”
While he has a background in mechanical engineering, Callaway said on his LinkedIn page that his focus as a regional GM includes “empowering people and optimising systems”.
“I believe that high-performing teams are the engine of innovation. By combining technical discipline with strategic insights, I am committed to leading initiatives that deliver long-term value for our customers and stakeholders worldwide,” he said.
Callaway brings extensive experience with Hendrickson, having worked across a range of senior roles that have given him deep insight into the company’s products, customers and global operations.
His latest role at the company were as Executive Manager — Engineering (seven years) and as Senior Executive Manager — Technology and Market Development (19 months).
His background positions him well to continue strengthening relationships with OEMs, fleets and suppliers while supporting the delivery of solutions tailored to local market needs.
Callaway holds an MBA from Deakin University.
