The Australian Road Transport Suppliers Association (ARTSA) is holding a two day course presented by ARTSA Chairman, Dr Peter Hart, covering the regulation of heavy trailers in Australia.
The course will be held at Port Melbourne on the 22nd and 23rd August 2013 and will focus on the ADR compliance plate and state registration processes.
