As the vanguard of Australia’s ever-evolving commercial transport sector, Prime Creative Media is excited to unveil a new-look publication that will lead the convergence of transport and media.
Two of its flagship publications, Powertorque and Prime Mover magazines, will merge, creating one of Australia’s most widely read and comprehensive transport industry news sources.
As part of Prime Creative Media, Australia’s leading publisher in the transport space, PowerTorque has showcased the latest technologies, innovations, and trade equipment relevant to the commercial transport industry.
Throughout its rich and storied history, PowerTorque magazine has reported on a diverse range of industry issues that resonate with drivers, owner operators, fleets, manufacturers and industry stakeholders.
It has steadfastly acted as a platform for manufacturers, associations and industry bodies to have their voices heard, while sharing news, views and sector-transforming information.
Now, after almost a decade as a pivotal publication in the Prime Creative Media family, we are announcing exciting news for the PowerTorque brand.
From today, 29 January, PowerTorque will undergo another evolution, as it merges under the banner of its sister magazine – Prime Mover, one of Australia’s premier commercial transport magazines.
Content relevant to PowerTorque will also be featured on Prime Creative Media’s bi-weekly electronic newsletter for the commercial road transport sector, CRT News.
The combination will nearly double the distribution of PowerTorque, CRT News and Prime Mover, making the newsletter and magazine the most read news source for fleet owners, executives and managers.

Prime Creative Media CEO, Christine Clancy, said the transformation was a milestone event in the history of PowerTorque and Prime Mover, and that of its parent company.
“At Prime Creative Media, we’re extremely excited to be entering this new phase for PowerTorque, CRT News and Prime Mover and are looking forward to supporting the continued growth of the transport industry,” Christine said.
In its new format, PowerTorque will act as a niche hub within Prime Mover, featuring bespoke news, events and product information related to commercial workshops, parts and service centres, allied transport services and the aftermarket sector in general.
Stay tuned for more exciting developments for PowerTorque, as part of Prime Mover magazine. Also find it in the CRT newsletter.
